i think if he wrote it in english some people couldnt understand him thats what i think is the reason for the german warning and i think he has right the start was good but the "true true" and "yes we can" are nonsense

what was wrong here? this thread's topic is "only english" so noone should give a fuck about which topics we talk, even if it's more likely spam than "serious conversations"

Ich habe nichts gegen Konversation, egal um was es sich schlussendlich handelt.

Es ging hier um puren Spam ohne Sinn und gehalt und damit meine ich 5 Posts hintereinander "yes we can" oder "true true" die ich jetzt bereits geloescht hab. Ihr könnt den Hafer gern im Spam-Thread absondern, denn da ist Spam zugelassen...von mir aus auch in spanisch. Da könnt ihr rumstottern und den Sondermüll abladen wie ihr das wollt (fast). Dieser Thread dient aber der Unterhaltung und nicht fuer Schwachsinn dieser Art.

Andernfalls seh ich tatsaechlich keinen Unterschied zum Spam-Thread und kann diesen hier mit dem Verweis zum Spam-Thread auch schliessen.

Aber im Spam Thread dürfen wir nicht nur englisch reden. Hab das mal zum Spaß mit ein paar anderen über ein paar Seiten hinaus gemacht, aber von den anderen wurde es nur als störend empfunden, und mir wurde gesagt, das Sprechen anderer Sprachen sollen wir im Spam Thread unterlassen.

Ich finds gut das es dafür einen abgesonderten Bereich gibt, und außerdem fördert es die Englisch Kenntnisse (ok außer true true und yes we can )

Coyote is right, the whole point of this thread is to write proper english or to learn how to do so, and if people just come here to write crap like "true true" or "yes we can" this thread becomes completely pointless..

Another difference is, that the users here mainly live in the German-speaking area of Europe, so you can understand, comprehend and even connect with the people a lot easier than with people all around the world.

We talked about the german school system a couple of days ago, which would be really difficult with someone from the U.S. (although I don't really know much about their school system, too )
