Ich spiele den Football Manager schon seit mehreren Jahren auf dem PC, deswegen versuche ich es einfach mal davon abzuleiten: Versuche mal mit einem Spieler, den du gerade frisch neu verpflichtet hast, über sein Profil ein Gespräch zu führen, dass einen positiven Effekt auf diesen Spieler haben könnte. Was es da für Auswahlmöglichkeiten gibt, weiß ich aus genannten Gründen zwar nicht, aber meistens kann es reichen, dass Verhalten des Spielers zu loben, was eigentlich immer funktioniert.
