All of the BGM can be found within Galaxy Mode for clearing certain stages with a gold clear ranking. Here is a full list of all the missing BGM you need to collect and where you can find them:

BGM #07 - Battle of Omega (Full) - Complete the first stage of Hatchiyack's Galaxy Mode.

BGM #09 - Challenger - Bardock's Galaxy Mode. Complete the Fight against Dodoria (3rd fight in).

BGM #21 - Yin-Yang - Teen Gohan's Galaxy Mode for completing the fight against Gohan (adolescent) at shining gold rank in the fight where you have to defeat him using as many hits as possible.

BGM #24 - The Anthem Of Lives - Complete Turles' battle against Tien in Galaxy Mode (Battle to the right of the one you start on).

BGM #25 - Accelerator - Cooler's First stage in Galaxy Mode.

BGM #26 - Weird Atmosphere - Meta-Cooler 1st stagein Galaxy Mode.

BGM #27 - Nose To Tail - Complete Android #13's second stage on the left in Galaxy Mode.

BGM #28 - Katharsis - Bojack's third stage on the left in his Galaxy mode.

BGM #29 - Harlequin - BGM from Super Janemba fight against Pikkon in Galaxy Mode.

BGM #31 - Critical Power - Teen Gohan's Galaxy Mode where you have to defeat the three Namekian opponents in under 120 seconds. Defeat them all

under the 120 second time limit and you get the BGM.
