Hallo zusammen,

 

habe am 29.09 bei Playstation Stars meine Punkte gegen 5€ Gutscheine eingetauscht ( 3 Stück ), die 15€ aber bis heute nicht als Guthaben auf meine PS Plus Konto gutgeschrieben bekommen.


in der Transaktionsverfolgung steht auch, dass ich die gut geschrieben bekommen habe …. 
 

Hängt das unter Umständen auch damit zusammen ? 😫

Hat das sonst auch jemand gehabt ?
