Allgemeiner Thread zu Grid Autosport

Moin,

so jetzt hats mich auch erwischt, Speicherdaten beschädigt (Lv. 112) bitte neuen Speicherstand erstellen. Dummerweise hab ich automatisches hochladen in den Onlinespeicher an, so dass dieser Save auch defekt ist.

Hab mal ne Support-Anfrage geschickt und recht zügig ne Antwort bekommen. Kernaussage ist, das ein Patch in arbeit ist der die defekten Saves reparieren sollte und bis dahin wird empfohlen mit einem anderen Account zu spielen.

Naja hab mir konkretere Aussagen gewünscht, aber besser als beim EA-Support wo man Tage auf eine Antwort wartet und nur Standartaussagen ala neu installieren etc. bekommt.

I got a corrupt save on PS3 today and lose all my online and career level . I don't have a seasonpass or a dlc and i know i'm not the only one with this problem.

My questions are:

Is a patch in progressing and when that it will be released?

Will the patch restore my old save or must i start all over again?

Thank you for submitting your recent request to Codemasters Customer Services concerning Grid Autosport.

We aim to release a game update shortly which should resolve any issues with save files being reported as corrupt.

Please note, however, that this will not restore save files that have been altered by the user or corrupted due to data problems on your hard drive.

In the meantime, you should be able to play on an alternative profile, until the patch is released.
